capilla Industry Solutions
Every industry places different demands on materials, welding processes and components. In many applications, selecting the right welding consumable alone is not sufficient. What matters is the interplay of filler material, process and component design.
capilla combines both: in-depth expertise in welding technology and solutions for specific applications. In addition to welding consumables, the portfolio also includes components and wear protection solutions specifically designed for industrial requirements.
Can't find your industry?
Not every application fits neatly into a classic industry category. Often it comes down to specific wear problems or individual requirements.
Our experts will help you find the right solution – from selecting the correct welding consumable through to components or wear protection solutions.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Industry Solutions
We work across industries – from construction materials, glass and ceramics through foundries, forging and tool making to railway engineering, agriculture, recycling, and apparatus, valve, plant and machine engineering. Wherever components are subject to wear, our solutions can be applied.
Each industry brings its own stresses. In the construction materials industry, abrasion from mineral bulk goods dominates. In the glass industry it is high temperatures; in apparatus engineering it is aggressive media. We choose materials, processes and layer structures not by standard, but according to the actual operating conditions of your industry.
Our portfolio ranges from hardfacing and repair welding through retrofit to reverse engineering and component/material testing. We also supply suitable welding consumables as well as wear and spare parts. Depending on the application, we combine these services or deploy them individually.
It begins with analysis: which component, which load, which requirement? On this basis we propose the process, material and approach. Implementation follows – in our workshop or, where possible, on-site. The project concludes with inspection; for safety-critical components this is supplemented by complete documentation.
Both. Particularly in wear protection, individual parts, small batches and individual repairs are the rule – not the exception. Even complex special components can be economically repaired or protected with us.
We work with certified filler materials and defined welding parameters. Depending on the application, visual inspection, non-destructive testing methods and 3D scanning are employed. For components subject to standards – such as pressure vessels or railway engineering – we supplement the work with complete, standards-compliant documentation.
