Gas-atomized metal powder of a self-fluxing Ni-B-Si-based alloy. With improved flow and wetting properties for reduced working temperatures during overlay welding.
Excellent workability of coatings, e.g. for edge overlays.
The coatings can be easily machined and are very well fileable.
Applications
Glass mould manufacturing, bearing seats, shafts, casting moulds, dies for the plastics industry.
Base materials:
grey cast iron, steels, Ni-alloys, Al-bronze.
