Applications / Features
Basic-coated stick electrode with austenitic-ferritic microstructure for hardfacing and joining welds on Super-Duplex-steels.
Highly resistant to intergranular corrosion (IK), stress corrosion cracking and pitting.
Used wherever a combination of good corrosion resistance and high strength is required.
For operating temperatures up to 250°C.
Applications
Suitable for base materials such as:
1.4515 (GX 3 CrNiMoCuN 26-6-3),
1.4517 (GX 3 CrNiMoCuN 26.6-3-3).
25% chromium super-duplex steels,
(SAF 25/07, Zeron 100).
