Applications / Features
Basic-coated stick electrode for hardfacing on structural and machine components subject to wear loading.
The overlays are crack-free and can still be machined easily with carbide tools.
The electrode can also be used on alternating current and in all positions, making it unnecessary in some cases to remove the worn parts.
The slag is easily removable.
The weld metal is hardenable (840°C/oil).
Applications
Suitable for hardfacing on:
Laufradern, excavator partsn, screw,
Rails, slideways, shackles,
Traktorbandern etc.
