Self-shielded high C-, Cr-, Mo-, Nb-, V-, W-alloyed flux-cored wire for welding parts exposed to extreme abrasion with moderate impact stress.
The weld metal is embedded with extremely hard carbides and is therefore suitable for hardfacing against extremely mineral abrasion.
Wear resistance is maintained at operating temperatures up to 650°C owing to the special composition.
Best welding results in 2 layers.

Sinter grates, fire grates,
Roststaben for oreaufbereitungsanlagen,
Conveyor screws, grinding rollers, impact bars, edge-mill scrapers,
Deburring tools, earth drills, briquette presses, coal planers, scrapers, rock drill bit inserts.
Suitable for high-temperature applications.
