Applications / Features
Basic-coated high-performance electrode for hardfacing welds against very severe abrasion at medium impact loading.
The microstructure is austenitic with a large number of embedded primary carbides based on Cr and Nb.
For operating temperatures up to 450°C.

Suitable for welding with alternating current.
Applications
Suitable for overlay welding on components such as:
Impact plates, suction dredgers, slag crushers, crusher hammers, guide elements, throwing wheels of descaling plants, crusher rolls.
