Self-shielded flux-cored wire with a special
C-Cr-V hard alloy for hardfacing welds producing extremely hard overlays that are subject to extremely severe, abrasive mineral wear.
Usable at elevated working temperatures thanks to the special alloy.
The deposited weld metal has a high scratch hardness and should be applied in a maximum of two layers.
Applications
Suitable for hardfacing on:
Slag crushers, sand throwers, press moulds, press screws, excavator teeth, guides, cement pumps,
Mixing and stirring blades and similar components.
Suitable in areas such as:
Ore and coal mining,
Sintering technology, conveyor systems,
Sand and gravel conveying technology.
