Applications / Features
Self-shielded (open-arc) flux-cored wire for highly wear-resistant and abrasion-resistant hardfacing welds on machine parts and equipment made of structural steel, cast steel or manganese hard steel that are exposed to very high abrasive wear from abrasive and mineral substances under low impact and shock loading.
Maximum deposit in 2–3 layers at
a thickness of 8–10 mm.
The weld metal is rostresistant.
Applications
Suitable in areas such as:
Press moulds, mixing and stirring paddles, excavator teeth, guides, chutes,
wear plates, conveyor systems, conveyor screws and similar parts.
