Flexible, bendable welding rod. Composite coating made with various sizes of crushed tungsten carbide.ten cast carbide (WSC). The welding rod has medium matrix hardness and scratch hardness. The rod is used for hardfacing on components exposed to extremely fine mineral wear.
The workpiece surface must be free from scale, rust, oil, grease, loose residues and contamination.tion.nation.nation.tion. In the hardfacing area, uniform base heating and preheating to 300°C - 350°C should be applied through to the core. At the start of hardfacing, the component surface temperature in the wear protection zone should be approx. 650°C.

Tools and attachments used in soil, stone and earth applications, in mining, open-pit and tunnel construction, as well as in foundries, forging shops, the steel and iron industry, the glass industry, brickworks and the refractory industry.
