Flexible, pliable welding rod. Casing manufactured as a composite in various forms and sizes of spherical fused tungsten carbide.d tungsten carbide.d tungsten carbide.ded tungsten carbide (WSC). The welding rod has a medium matrix and scratch hardness and, due to the spherical carbides, an extremely high carbide hardness. Suitable for hard surfacing deposits on tools subject to extremely fine abrasive and mineral wear.
The workpiece surface must be free of scale, rust, oil and grease and free of old loose residues and contamination. A uniform preheat of 300°C-350°C through to the core be performed. In the area of the hard surfacing deposit,ng deposit, at the start of the hardfacing deposit, the temperature at the component surface should be approximately 650°C.

Suitable for hardfacing on:
Tools and attachments used in soil, rock and earth applications, in mining, open-pit mining and tunneling, and in the foundry, forging,ng-,ng, steel, iron, metallurgy, glass, brick and refractory industries.
