Flexible, pliable welding rod on the reel/spool. Casing manufactured as a composite in various sizes of sphericalcalcal, fuseded tungsten carbide (WSC-S). The welding rod has a medium matrix and scratch hardness and, due to the spherical carbides, an extremely high carbide hardness. Suitable for hard surfacing deposits on tools subject to extremely fine abrasive and mineral wear.
The workpiece surface must be free of scale, rust, oil, grease, loose residues and contamination.tion.nation.nation.nts. In the hardfacing area, ensure uniform base and preheating to 300°C - 350°C through to the core. At the start of hardfacing, the component surface temperature in the coated area should be about 650°C.
