Applications / Features
Cr-Si alloyed flux-cored wire for hard, tough and crack-free GMAW hardfacing welds on machine parts subjected to high sliding wear and heavy impact loading.
Suitable for abrasion- and impact-resistant hardfacing deposits.
A buffer layer is recommended for weld-sensitive base materials.
Applications
Suitable for repair and new manufacture on tools as well as structural and machine components, such as:
Rolls, impact plates, excavator teeth and cutting edges, blow bars, crusher hammers, shredding plants,
Forging, pressing and drawing tools.
