Applications / Features
slagfreier flux-cored wire for heat-resistant, tough MAG hardfacing welds on similar or comparable hot-work steels and unalloyed and low-alloy steels.
preheating temperature 350°C up to 400°C.
Very good resistance to thermal shock.
For operating temperatures up to 500°C.
For weld-sensitive base materials, a buffer layer is recommended.
Applications
Suitable for repair and production welding on:
Hot-cutting tools, forging dies, press mandrels, roll mandrels, dies, upsetting tools, press punches, press dies.
Occasionally used for hardfacing construction machinery components.
