Seamless, copper-coated flux-cored wire for MSG welds. The weld metal corresponds to a hard and tough hot-work tool steel.
The deposition rate is up to 20% higher than with solid wire.
Suitable for hard surfacing on components that must withstand both metal-to-metal sliding wear and moderate impact and compressive loading at elevated temperatures.
For operating temperatures up to 550°C.

Suitable for hardfacing on:
Forging dies, hot heavy-duty blades, die-casting tools, continuous-casting rolls, rolls, guides, punching tools, pistons for press tools, extrusion containers.
Suitable for manufacturing new hot-work tools.
