Copper-coated flux-cored wire for MSG welds.
Martensitic weld metal with finely dispersed hard carbides ensures a balanced resistance to abrasion, sliding wear and impact loading.
For operating temperatures up to 550°C.
No moisture absorption, very good weldability and excellent wire feeding properties.
Applications
Suitable for hard surfacing deposits on:
Axial rolls, excavator teeth, forging dies, die-casting tools, continuous-casting rolls, rolls, guides, cutting edges on excavator buckets, slide plates, chutes, clearing blades, etc.
